Grupa WEEKEND powsta�a w 2000 roku. Za�o�ycielami grupy byli: Rados�aw Liszewski i Tomasz Jakubowski, kt�rzy s� g��wnymi cz�onkami tego zespo�u. Lecz grupa WEEKEND to nie tylko Radek i Tomek. Zesp� posiada r�wnie� sekcj� taneczn�, kt�r� tworz� r11; Adam �azowski i Grzegorz Skowronek. Mimo nied�ugiego sta�u na rynku muzycznym, zesp� ma na swoim koncie wiele nagr�d i wyr�nie�, mi�dzy innymi nagrod� za najlepszy wyst�p na festiwalu disco polo i dance w Ostr�dzie. Przez okres 7 lat zagrali�my niezliczon� ilo�� koncert�w, pocz�wszy od du�ych miast, po ma�e wsie i jeste�my znani z tego, i� bardzo ch�tnie udzielamy si� w koncertach charytatywnych.

Na pocz�tku 2004 roku 2 m�odych ch�opak�w z wykszta�ceniem muzycznym postanowi�o za�o�y� zesp�. Start jak u ka�dego by� ci�ki. Zaczynali od sprz�tu muzycznego niskiej klasy graj�c przede wszystkim wesela w swoim regionie. Pierwszym problemem, jaki pojawi� si� na drodze by�o wymy�lenie nazwy. Los sprawi�, �e s�ownik wyraz�w obcych otworzy� si� na s�owie "tropik" i tak ju� zosta�o do dzi�. Po kilku miesi�cach do zespo�u do��czy�a gitarzystka i wokalistka - Magda. Sk�ad grupy zmienia� si� a� ostatecznie zosta� uformowany. Obecnie TROPIC reprezentuj�:

Krzysiek- za�o�yciel grupy, wokalista, autor tekst�w i muzyki. Odpowiedzialny za sprawy marketingowe. Wykszta�cenie muzyczne.

Magda- wokalistka wprowadzaj�ca du�o o�ywienia swym niepowtarzalnym g�osem.

Mariusz- wokal, inst. klawiszowe. Za sob� ma bogate do�wiadczenie sceniczne (pierwszy sk�ad zespo�u Fanatic, dobrze znany r�wnie� z czs�w grupy Toledo, gdzie odnosi� najwi�ksze sukcesy) Dusza towarzystwa :)

Koncert zespo�u TROPIC to nie tylko atrakcja muzyczna, ale i wizualna. Zapewnia j� grupa taneczna przyci�gaj�ca zar�wno �e�ska jak i m�sk� rzesz� fan�w.

W 2006 roku powsta� plan zaistnienia na polskiej scenie muzycznej. Plany sta�y si� faktem w 2007 roku. Powstaj� pierwsze autorskie piosenki zespo�u charakteryzuj�ce si� profesjonalnym brzmieniem wybiegaj�cym daleko w prz�d od klasycznych zespo��w disco polo. Muzyka ma charakter lekki, imprezowy, porywa do ta�ca i z dnia na dzie� zyskuje coraz wi�ksze grono sympatyk�w.
